1) How do I signup ?
To signup all you need to do is select your package. You will then have to accept our terms of hosting. You will then be taken to paypal to securely setup your subscription. You will need to make note of your paypal subscription number. You will then be brought back to this site and you may choose your username. You will get an e-mail from us as soon as your account is created (usually within 24 hours)

3) Where are the hidden charges ?
There are no hidden charges, what you see is what you pay. All packages are paid by a 3 month subscription, this means 1 simple transaction every 3 months.

4) How do I pay for my account ?
You simply follow the signup process and you will be taken to paypal to set up an account and subscription. Anyone with a credit/debit card or bank account can setup an account. If you cannot setup a paypal account then you can transfer money by bank transfer. Please use the contact us page to request our bank details if you are paying like this. Please note that all methods apart from paypal will put in a delay of around 3-5 working days for the money to clear in our account.

5) What files am I allowed to host ?
You will need to read our terms and conditions if there are files which you are unsure if you can host. In simple terms you can host any file that is to do with your website. We do not host IRC, Filesharing, Music Downloads, Anon FTP, Media Streaming, Sex sites or any illegal or copyrighted material. If you are unsure about hosting a file then please send it to us first.

6) Am I allowed to sell hosting ?
NO. You are not allowed to sell hosting from our Pro, Standard or Free packages. In the near future we will be starting to sell reseller accounts, and you may charge for accounts created on this package.

7) Am I allowed to give away free e-mail addresses or hosting ?
NO. You are not allowed to sell, or give away e-mail addresses or hosting unless the person is related to your site. You may use e-mail addresses for people in a business, but may not setup a free e-mail website.

8) Can I use this service to send bulk mail (SPAM) ?
NO. You may not use this service in this way as it puts a large load on the servers. If you require sending large amounts of mail then contact us and after we are happy with any e-mail not being spam we may send this using a system on our UK servers.
